This Privacy Policy describes how the Tobias Fellows Program App mobile application (the “App”) collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is a private application for Tobias Fellows Program participants and program staff. Participants may self-register, but program content is available only after a program administrator approves the account.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, health data, or any data used for advertising.
Your name and contact details may be visible to other members of your fellowship cohort through the App's member directory, and to program staff. We use trusted service providers to operate the App (for example, secure sign-in and hosting); these providers process data only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. Self-registered accounts cannot access program content until approved by program staff.
Your information is retained while you are a participant in the program. You may delete your account in the App at any time from the Account screen. You may also contact your program administrator for help with deletion. Administrator accounts must be managed by program staff.
The App is intended for adult participants of a professional fellowship program and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
